This is one of three Icaro sung by Eva, the Maestro, a woman who teaches icaros. She traveled a long way by boat from her Shipibo village in the Amazon to record with us on two separate occasions.
This track is the most upbeat of her three songs, including a major tonality, quick rhythmic pulse, and a catchy melody. It would mix easily with other musical elements that were celebratory and inspiring.
