A beautiful full-length song about ‘Doctorcito Ayahuasca’, the plant medicine Ayahuasca and how it heals all of the ailments in our minds and bodies. Little editing would be needed to make this song powerful; or, any part of it can be used in short clips for powerful effect.
Written, sung, and played by Beto Martínez, an excellent musician from Urumbamba (the Sacred Valley) in Peru. When he sings out “en la Selva!”, he is saying “in the Rainforest!”, which is the source of all the healing plants. Beto contributes his best songs (including Doctorcity Ayahuasca) for free to Critical Beats due to his understanding of the need to tell the story of the rainforest.
